Darling Dragonflies

Play with wire. It doesn’t have to be perfect as you can see here, we just wrapped in layers to create a messy but stylish look. We used giant glass teardrops and made these simple earrings in under 5 minutes!

Giant Teardrops

Chain, chain, chain! It’s incredibly versatile because it comes in so may different styles and finishes. We used it here with a colorful glass bead to make these fun, almost Grecian looking earrings.

Colorful and Elegant

Don’t fear gold! Try wearing a bright gold earring and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. These wire wrapped beauties look great all by themselves.

Stunning Gold

Hoops! Whether you keep it simple and use one bead or go crazy and fill them up, these hoops look so cool. They’re a great alternative to they typical fish hook and they’re very inexpensive!

Today I want to take you on a visual trip through some fabulous ideas for Valentine Paper Crafts that we can show you how to create at the Paper Arts Demo table. Above are pre made handpainted hearts by Helga. These just came in on Friday and they won’t last long. They are so sweet!

Next is the ever popular rolled paper flowers. We will show you how to do these in minutes anytime you come by our desk and ask. They are beautiful embellishments for cards and more. This week we are expecting a new tool that will let you create these with fabric or felt as well. So pretty!

Very quick and simple Valentines. Need an idea for the kids to make? How about using a punch or the die cut machine. There are quite a few simple hearts that would make easy and cute little Valentines

Next is the over the top banner. Cut out die cut letters and add in all kinds of love and heart ephermea. Sweet!

We carry doilies all year long for paper projects but look how pretty these 4″ hears are with a string of white lights… beacutiful

One of my personal favorite projects is to punch or die cut some hearts out of scraps of paper… then sew them on the sewing machine. Yep, you heard me. Sewing machines are a great tool for paper crafters. Then tuck these into an envelope and mail them to someone special

Art Chicks has done it again with some great clip art sheets for vintage paper dolls to jazz up your cards, journal pages or scrapbooks

so… there you have it…. a beautiful tour of some awesome ideas for your loved ones

and all the supplies are from the paper arts department!
